I keep getting killed because of sixaxis movement. EVERY TIME it says move the controller up or down I do it but half the time it still doesn't register right.

I FINALLY got it. I held my arms out, almost straight, and then when the prompt came up I was ready for it and just jerked up hard. lol. It worked and I got 1 trophy and 3 new endings. (all from not getting my head bashed with the sledge hammer).

you have to keep the controller flat. with the L1, L2, R1, R2 buttons facing the tv. If you have them facing the ceiling and shaking it it won't work most of the time.

Furthermore on some SixAxises you have to pull the controller up or down and wait for it to register before you do the reverse. If your natural inclination is to raise it then lower it immediately, you send both the "Controller up" and "Controller down" signals.
