Manual Reload/Refresh - Blu-ray Forum

I've noticed today that when I go back to a page I've already been to, it's cached to some earlier time.

For example, I just went to the General Chat subforum, and the most recent post showed 11:46am.

To get new posts, I had to manually refresh/reload the page.

This is the only site that is having this issue, so I don't think it's my computer.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

By the way, I'm on a Mac, using Safari.

I am using Mac and Safari. I don't seem to have this issue, I just tested this.

It may be your settings for safari that is causing this.

Oddly awhile back every time I would shut off my computer and log back on later the forum would mark all the posts as read. Made it a bit hard to find new posts. Glad that issue seems to be gone.

I still have issues with this. Only if I log off the site though.

Stewie,

As a check, I decided to reset Safari (Safari --> Reset Safari... ), and that seems to have fixed the problem. Not sure what was triggering it, but it seems to be working fine again... for now.

It had to be the settings. You might have accidentally without knowing set it to have it do what it did to you. Good thing you got it fixed.
