as it stands now, i am out 400+ bucks. I am hoping AMEX will fix it. SO you know what you can do with them ironpacks

it's happened to me once before. It was that X-Men trilogy DVD Metalpak, i just took photos uploaded to photobucket and send links to their Customer Service, then give them a phone call. they give me credit to my account.

It's tough if you order from overseas and they don't speak English.
