Anyone know if this has been delayed?

I don't think so, it has a 1/1/08 release date on it. The movie is still a ways away.

It's still listed for Jan 1st. What makes you think it's been delayed?

Someone mentioned to me that it was no longer up on the WB site.

It might not be listed on their site, but i checked some others and it is still there.

this movie looks really good. i haven't seen it yet but i will be waiting for the blu-ray release to fully experience it in all it's HD glory.

I've been checking for this title to come up for pre-order at WB website. It has not yet been listed. I'm also waiting for T3 for pre-order. I think they will both be listed within the soon coming days. Patience...

It's not cancelled, the problem is that WB's web site does not usually list titles until the actual pre-book date is near.

The title was announced a couple weeks ago, but the pre-book date is not until November 27th. I would expect it to show up on Warner's web site around November 20th.

Both Terminator 3 and Shoot Em Up are still on the blu-ray release schedule.

and i doubt it will be in store Jan 1 , aren't store close that day?, Courrier sure are down..

No, most major stores are open. Pretty much the only thing closed are Government offices and Business offices. I will be off and since my office is so inclined, they are giving New Years Eve off too.
