Actually another one that just came to mind is Piotr Rasputin, if they ever get around to putting Colossus in the X-Men films again.

He needs to "hero up" as The Rock. I really like the guy but he just can't act. I wish he'd go back to wrestling instead of doing more bad mavies.

I disagree. I think he's a better actor than probably 90-95% of the action stars out there.

Everything he touches is an unmitigated disaster. Check out his Rotten Tomatoes chart.

ONE fresh movie and TWELVE rotten movies. The Rundown is the only halfway decent movie he's done.

Nobody cares about the Rotten Tomatoes chart except for the people who run the site and the people who write on the site.

Sure he has had one or two duds, but for the most part his movies make money.
For example,
Race to Witch Mountain: $105,103,783 (est. budget of $50 million)
The Scorpion King: $164,529,000 (budget of $60 million)
The Game Plan: $147,914,546 (est. budget of $22 million)

I wish I could fail so big.

Was he under some special contract with Disney to make those movies?

The Rock playing a Russian? It would be funny, but it would be horrible as well.
