I've been looking through all the shots we have. FOTR is the only one with problems, from what I can tell. Everyone just take a deep breath and relax

It just looks like they just stretched it vertically.

When you mouse over THATS the HDTV encode, the Blu-Ray isn't stretched...the HDTV rip is also probably 2.35:1 not 2.39:1.
