Many of the Mods read posts in the feedback forum. You can also contact them directly via private message.

your concern has been forwarded to the proper moderators. Paypal is the only form of payment allowed in the trading forum, Western Union is not

his concern is his country doesnt accept Paypal. Moneybookers is a viable option and upon approval it can be added. I believe its been remedied
I agree with him and we should look into other options

http://www.moneybookers.com/

It looks very buyer safe from what I read

If you look at the terms of use it is all based off your ebay feedback and it appears people with 0 feedback would have to wait 10 days to get paid through them. I could see that as a problem. Not sure if I am reading it right but that is what I see. And I am unclear on what they mean by a reserve amount and they have some long times on that upto 40 days.

Paypal works the same way, Its to prevent fraud/chargebacks. Its mainly to protect PayPal

Maybe it is the fact I have used paypal for so long I never ran into that. And that answers the reserve amounts but what about the payment times. That are listed starting at 10days and going down to 2 days.

I think it's a method of screening new members. I think you have to make...10 regular posts before you can start a thread but I'm not sure.
