It's a huge failure that they didn't (and they aren't going to) release the 35 years 35 films collection on blu. That would be the best bd collection ever and they've dropped the ball on it. Not a surprise really, just disappointing as hell.

I already have almost all of the films from the collection list plus a lot more.

Starting two years ago, I made it a personal goal to get EVERY Clint-related film ever made, inc. of course whatever he directed and didn't appear on camera in. Then Blu came in to my life. Now I have UNFORGIVEN and DIRTY HARRY on Blu, while all others remain on DVD. WHO'S got the $$$ to upgrade a collection this big ? Not me.

I feel you. He has so many films that it's just impossible to keep up with them all. I think what I'd rather do is purchase the 35 films 35 years collection on dvd and just replace the discs with the bds I have.

I think I only had like 2 eastwoods on DVD before I switched to blu. So I made up my mind to buy all Eastwoods on BD from here on out, but they've really messed up with this 35 years collection thing.

guess the bit rate will be a bit low....

And they are literally ALL good !!! A little know gem, " Breezy," stars an experienced man-of-the-world Eastwood giving shelter to a very young, very HOT Kay Lenz in 1973. Not just a disc to fill out my collection, but a sweet, memorable film.

Why on earth is Warner wasting the time and effort on "reissues" for Pale Rider, Space Cowboys, Every Which Way But Loose, and The Gauntlet when they didn't do anything except change the flippin' cover art? This is a pathetic move for Warner!

BTW for any blu-ray.com staff that's reading this post, The Gauntlet wasn't made in 1877 like it says on the site. You might wanna change that to 1977. LOL!

Is there really absolutely nothing different on these reissues, or am I missing something? I know it's Clint Eastwood month in June, but do they really need to reissue these with no lossless and no extras with new cover art and charge more for them? I feel like there's something new to these that I'm missing but I can't find any information on it at all.

Why would they put Letters From Iwo Jima but not Flags of Our Fathers ? Even if I already hadn't most of these movies, I wouldn't buy the boxset for this reason.

H-O-L-Y CRAP! I gotta get this set. It's pretty amazing. All his films are great. Only actor/director who makes truly great movies continuously. I'm so getting this.

The US release has these films on seperate discs as well.
