Understand, I don't have a problem with klipsch speakers, if that is what he wants to choose, just that, detail in the highs are there with a lot of speakers, they don't have to have blistering highs to notice the detail.

I disagree with you completely. What speakers did you "demo" and what kind of equiptment was it paired with? You seem to label all Klipsch speakers bright and I'm wondering what left such a bad taste in your mouth?
