OK just an FYI. This movie IS NOT a Zombie movie. Neither is 28 Days/Weeks Later. These films are in the genre of Virus movies. While on the topic Evil Dead is a Demon movie not a Zombie movie.
On topic. I will get this day 1.

This is retardedly nitpicky.

It is a zombie movie, plain and simple. There isn't a textbook definition of "zombie" that every single movie has to strictly adhere to.

It's a zombie movie, just a different kind of zombie movie.

As well as that may be Virus and Zombie movies are not the same plain and simple. People just throw it into the Zombie pile cause they're to ignorant to learn the difference.

It's a good movie. In fact, I thought it was better than Romero's original. (Brief digression: What happened to Romero? His recent movies, such as Diary of the Dead, are so dire. The master has fallen.)

Olyphant gives a strong performance and the cinematography/editing is top-notch. Definitely one I want to buy on Blu.

I saw this at the theater and I thought it was good. Nice tension and suspense throughout. It's Chock full of scares, people behaving weird and conspiracy stuff too.

I hope the preliminary audio listed on this disc is in fact a PCM 5.1 track. I thought the days of PCM were long gone in favor of the compressed lossless codecs; DTS HD MA & Dolby TrueHD.

I picked up this title on pre-order from Amazon since I liked it at the movies so much.

Is this movie worth a blind buy? There have not been many (if any) good blu's released the past few weeks and this is the only one that stands out to me. I don't want to waste another $20 though. Lol.
