I don't know what it is about monster movies, but I absolutely LOVE them. I used to think it would be so cool to make a monster movie grounded in being more realistic, Cloverfield did almost everything I had hoped for

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that no one seemed to be all that concerned with the monster ATTACKING THE CITY! It was mentioned in passing several times, but BETH BETH BETH BETH WE NEED TO GET BETH took over the entire plot. I would love a sequel or prequel to focus more on what's actually going on. I can't WAIT to see the trailer

So it looks like Iron Man 2 will ride the success of Cloverfield 2 and earn the #1 spot at the box office this week.

I think the 2nd week as well. Does not look like Robin Hood will be big.
