On SM2 and SM3 I never saw the bitrate as shown by the PS3 get above 30, while on Silver Surfer and Mr. Brooks this happened frequently.

On mine PS3 goes higher than 30mbs and especially as i still remember the end credits on Spiderman3 are above 30 sometimes the end credits are 33.5mbs

Please Patrick do check your PS3 bitrate again they are sometimes higher than 30.

About FOX yes you are right and i was thinking when watching Fantastic Four 2 if my PS3 was hallucinating sometimes the bitrate is over 40.

This happens too in POTC ,anyway Paidgeek may have an answer to this.
