Great news. Plenty I wanted to see in that poll, but my vote went to Breakfast Club. Easily one of my top 5 movies of all time.

Actually, now that I think about it, my 'top 5 movies of all time' are all on Blu-ray now with this release.

I voted for this on the poll. It's interesting that according to their Facebook page, more people voted for The Breakfast Club than Back To The Future or Psycho(Though both have been announced for this year anyways).

Will be great to have with a HD transfer as long as Universal doesn't ruin it with DNR. I wonder if we will finally get the deleted scenes or extended television scenes. so many Dvd editions of this film and they barely delved into really great extras.

Glad to see this film finally hitting on Blu-ray, I also voted for it. I sure hope we get a great set of extras with it.

Agreed. I've always enjoyed Sixteen Candles and Pretty in Pink more than the Breakfast Club. But trust me, day one purchase.

If they don't port of the special features from the Flashback edition it will be a crime and a major disappointment even if the transfer and audio are great.

Another HD-DVD I can retire. That one was barebones aside from the trailer(and the DVD version on Side B), so hopefully the Blu-ray at least has the commentary.
