Alright, here are some things that I've come across that have nothing to do with the rep system.

First of all, I was looking for the audio codec on the Lost (tv series) UK releases. It said TBA, so I clicked on the review link, but then it showed a blank page below the Overview / Blu-ray review links. It happens with every season (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5).

Normally it would show either the review or a link to the US review. Now it shows nothing. I've checked the US release and they seem to work fine, so I guess it's the link to the US review that doesn't work.

Next, I've got a request. When viewing the movies overview page, you can click on the front cover image. However, I don't see any back cover images. Maybe there are some with a few movies, but I haven't seen them. I'd like to see more back cover images. Front cover images can be found everywhere, although I like the high resolution over here most of the times. But back cover images are quite rare. I've noticed that AxelMusic.com uses back cover images, which is extremely handy especially for special editions or box sets to see the special features, subtitles and audio tracks. Here's an example.

So I would love to see more back images, if that's possible.

I don't know how difficult it would be for the developers to include back covers, but I have DVD Profiler, and that's one of the reasons (among many) why I use it to track my DVD/Blu-ray purchases. But DVD Profiler is member-supported (I've contributed many of my scanned cover art thru the years), so I'm not sure how hard it would be (or if it would be even possible) to access their back cover art for display at blu-ray.com AFAIK, IMDB just has front covers.

At the bottom of the User CP page you get a list of the latest reputation received and a link to the post that they rated.

Just scroll down to the bottom of your User Control Panel page and you'll see the most recent ones.

My suggestion, that if this feature is to remain, it should be compulsary to leave a comment, rather than just 'approve' and 'disaprove', so that the user knows what he/she should do in the future to prevent 'disapovals'. At the moment, you have no idea why, or what you should have done differently.

You HAVE to leave something for Negative, but not for positive right now.

Strange, the first time I gave negative I didn't fill anything in and it said I had to leave a comment to leave a negative rep.

So I wrote something in the box and it let me submit it.

You could have done it the first week. Right now you just can't leave a negative without a comment.

However, I think the system is much more of an anonymous system. Sure leave a reason why you flagged the person. But never leave your name otherwise it will turn into a kindergarten fight, and we are all adults here.

Since the first couple I gave out I've been leaving my name when I leave a rep rating

Of course, they have been all for Positive, I've only given out that one negative.

Sorry for quoting myself, but there were a lot of posts after me and I didn't see a developer or moderator comment on my quote above, plus I have another issue.

When I go to 'Movies' > 'My movie reviews (4)', the link shows as being dead.

I looked around and noticed that almost every page in the 'My collection' category uses collection.php, while the link points to collections.php.

Code:
https://www.blu-ray.com/community/collections.php?action=showreviews&uid=11691
I removed the s, but it didn't work either. I also tried fiddling around by changing uid=11691 to member=ShockFly and changing collection.php back to collections.php, but none of them work. Although, when I use collection.php, it redirects me to the main collection page.

My suggestion..

I would turn of ratings in General chat, Trading and maybe Feedback. GC is just that, a fun relaxing zone where reps are irrelevant or should be. Trading...no point there...And Feedback, since we all have varying opinions of what we want and dont want. I believe we need an area where you can speak freely

Hey guys, I know this has probably been asked here, but I couldn't find it looking back...

I see at the top of some member's info on their posts either:

What do those mean?

There is no way to see who gave you negative rep right? I guess it's for safety pro-cautions
Someone gave me negative rep in a thread I worked really hard on, but only gave it because the user hates polls.
I think that's such a lame excuse for negative rep, but w.e. I'll deal with it.

I like the Rep system. Even though mine goes up and down like a rollercoaster (I mange to piss some people off). I sign my name when I leave rep because I think the person should know.
