Alright, here are some things that I've come across that have nothing to do with the rep system.
First of all, I was looking for the audio codec on the Lost (tv series) UK releases. It said TBA, so I clicked on the review link, but then it showed a blank page below the Overview / Blu-ray review links. It happens with every season (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5). Normally it would show either the review or a link to the US review. Now it shows nothing. I've checked the US release and they seem to work fine, so I guess it's the link to the US review that doesn't work. Next, I've got a request. When viewing the movies overview page, you can click on the front cover image. However, I don't see any back cover images. Maybe there are some with a few movies, but I haven't seen them. I'd like to see more back cover images. Front cover images can be found everywhere, although I like the high resolution over here most of the times. But back cover images are quite rare. I've noticed that AxelMusic.com uses back cover images, which is extremely handy especially for special editions or box sets to see the special features, subtitles and audio tracks. Here's an example. So I would love to see more back images, if that's possible. |

Just scroll down to the bottom of your User Control Panel page and you'll see the most recent ones.

My suggestion, that if this feature is to remain, it should be compulsary to leave a comment, rather than just 'approve' and 'disaprove', so that the user knows what he/she should do in the future to prevent 'disapovals'. At the moment, you have no idea why, or what you should have done differently.

However, I think the system is much more of an anonymous system. Sure leave a reason why you flagged the person. But never leave your name otherwise it will turn into a kindergarten fight, and we are all adults here. ![]() |

When I go to 'Movies' > 'My movie reviews (4)', the link shows as being dead. I looked around and noticed that almost every page in the 'My collection' category uses collection.php, while the link points to collections.php. Code:

My suggestion..
I would turn of ratings in General chat, Trading and maybe Feedback. GC is just that, a fun relaxing zone where reps are irrelevant or should be. Trading...no point there ![]() ![]() Last edited by jw; 06-04-2010 at 07:15 AM. |

Hey guys, I know this has probably been asked here, but I couldn't find it looking back...
I see at the top of some member's info on their posts either: Top Contributor Top Reviewer With a single gold star! What do those mean? |

There is no way to see who gave you negative rep right? I guess it's for safety pro-cautions
![]() Someone gave me negative rep in a thread I worked really hard on, but only gave it because the user hates polls. I think that's such a lame excuse for negative rep, but w.e. I'll deal with it. ![]() Last edited by The_Basterd; 06-05-2010 at 03:28 AM. |
