I have tried price-matching 3 times at Future Shop, each time for the Best Buy price. Should be easy to do. The process is definitely not hassle-free, and I'm not going to bother doing it there again. Both times it worked out, I went to customer service, who sent me back to find a worker in the DVD section to deal with me first. That person had to go over to a display laptop in the electronics department and attempt to use their rather slow wireless connection to look up the item, then write out the information, which I then was to take back to Customer Service to deal with them. On one of those occasions, they did not provide the 10% discount. Not worth the fuss. The last time I tried it was the first week of January 2010. After going through this labyrinthine process, plus a phone call to a manager, they eventually told me that they would not match anyone's "Christmas" prices, as the item was on sale that week at BB for January, which counted as Christmas pricing for Future Shop.
