Just a comment here, I've been reading the much ado about nothing that pflieger has been saying. Has anyone gone back and researched any of his past posts? Then make your determination if it's worth arguing with him or not.

I think a reasonable amount of proof has been provided, repeatedly. If a person still continues to harp on about it, either we ignore him or ask the mods to do something. The entire thread has been hijacked by 2 week old news, which even Para is not contesting.

Also, here is a thought. Whether Tx sold 190K (fat chance) or not they still lost the weekly #s. There are no bragging rights even with 190K considering, last week they sold 24K or so. Next week, I expect even less.

190K followed by 24K is even more embarrassing than 115K followed by 24K, I reckon.

Could be he is another one of those trolls just trying to see how long he can draw out a stupid conversation. If he cannot see what everyone is saying he is just ignoring the facts and will just keep saying he hasn't seen anything that proves otherwise just to keep people responding to him. I vote ignore.

Although he could be considered a trouble maker by his posts, he still might be legit--assuming he isn't lying on some of his purchases. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

I do know that he already lied on one of his posts...he said he was through arguing about the situation, but then came back again. So, he may be a liar. Again, you make the decision.

Default 71:29 week for Blu-ray

just thought id share this bit of news just incase anyone is interested. looks like the transformers effect wore off faster than you can say "roll out autobots". thought that hd dvd would still be up there in sales after the week transformers was released.

Yep! It's great news! In case you haven't seen the thread, healthy blu-spirited dialog happens here each week about Nielsen's reports of blu-ray's continued dominance.

Has anyone seen the current Amazon rankings? Out of the Top 25 HDM titles, only three are on HD-DVD. Blu-ray is dominating! Also, Shrek The Third is only at #78. Check it out:

So the Amazon.com high water mark for Shrek 3 on HD DVD is sales rank #77? The high point is traditionally reached on release day, correct? Ratatouille and Cars are both currently ranked much higher a week AFTER they were released (not to mention the 13 BOGO Blu-ray titles ranked lower than 77).

I don't think the HD DUDders are going to be happy about this...

Great minds think alike, huh beatboy?

What are the chances we'd both type the same exact thing at the same exact time?

I'm a fan of the Shrek series..so I would buy all of the movies if they were on Blu.

Wish WB would just go Blu exlcusive and end the war sooner.

Not I, but maybe as a gift, if I could find someone who actually liked the movie...
