So that was kind of badass, I see they're evolving Vince a bit. I wish I watched the finale again, I had to think back to last summer because I forgot how Turtle and Drama's arcs ended last season.

Weak opening if you ask me. The show has gotten extremely disappointing in the last few seasons.

It was a pretty good opening.... It could have been better.... It did indeed felt short. I liked it more when Turtle was in College. I know last season Turtle mentioning this as his brilliant idea. I am not totally into that plot.
By the way. Everyone saying the last few seasons have been weak. I totally disagree. I just finished watching last season again on Blu-Ray and I would say that was a fantastic season. I also was watching a bit of Season 5 the other day. The whole Smokejumpers' German Director plot was brilliant.

The premiere was exactly what I expected the exact same thing we've seen every episode of every season. Ari yelling, Vinnie's terrible acting, turtle acting like a perv, Drama moping, and E pretending to be important.

I've never seen the word brilliant used so many times in reference to Entourage. Just exactly what was brilliant about it? I'm not trying to start an argument, but It's not like Entourage has ever entered ground breaking writing, or mind blowing story lines. I just tend to think of brilliance when involving shows like The Shield, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad and The Wire, never had a mind blowingly brilliant moment from this show.

Well the thing is, you don't like the show anyways, so you'll never see it's awesomeness.

Trust me, for as little as I've been in the buisness, the show NAILS the atmosphere and characters. It's pretty funny.

The reason I love the show is because of the brotherhood these guys have. I could care less about Turtle's business, but I like it when I see each person involved in each others lives. I think the writing can sometimes be weak, but I think it is usually really good.

For what entourage was, the whole Smokejumpers' German Director plot was brilliant. It was one of the most fun time I had watching Entourage. I loved Eric's (True Blood) father in the role. I can re-watch those episode any time and I still enjoy them. The "Play'n with Fire" episode is one of my favorite episodes of Entourage. That episode is what made that storyline brilliant.

Yea I have to disagree with you about the last few seasons. Season 5 was really good and Season 6 was great as well mainly bc it was about everyone but Vince. It opened the show a lot more.

Yea this premiere could have been better, but I always find that Entourage, imo, gets better a couple of episodes in.
