the Blu-ray version of the 1995 mini-series is the definitive version. The 2005 movie was wrong in feel from the book, making the family less "middle-class" which was important in that you need to see what Mrs. Bennett was striving to get her girls to marry into. Also, how Mr. Bennett viewed his wife was not accurate, so you don't get a proper portrayal of why Mr. Bennett at first didn't want Elizabeth to marry Darcy. He held his wife in more than a little mild ridicule, and this is not brought out in the 2005 film. As a movie all on its own it's fine, but not as an adaptation of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. It all depends on if that is your priority. If it is that you want more definitive Austen, get the 1995 BBC/A&E version. And it looks stunning in blu!
