haha I remember seeing it at my gym back in NY. They have a cardio cinema there, which is exactly how it sounds. A movie screen in a pitch black room with cardio machines. I watched the movie there and it was entertaining enough.

How can you be sure?

We cant measure how many peaople CHOSE not to see it. And we cant measure how many people saw it, but didnt like it.

The only thing that can be measured, is how many people saw it.

Lots of people didnt see it in the theater, then bought it on Blu-ray and DVD. We dont know how many of them liked it after watching it at home.

You cant know that. Was every moviegoer interviewed? Where is that study that says 51% of all viewers liked it and 49% didnt?

How many people left the theater disappointed, like me? One quarter, one third, one half, nine tenths? You have no way of nowing. Dont claim your speculation to be fact.

You have no evidence other than your personal opinion of the film.

How can you be sure lots of people didn't see it in cinemas, it is one of the highest grossing films ever (even with 3-D and Imax) you can't say there are more people who hate Avatar, you just hear more of the general public saying they really liked it, I'm sure everyone one of my friends say it's atleast good, flawed but good. It's general nature for more people to like movies than to dislike them.

There are few movies that are hated hugely upon!

Czar raved about it. I read some reviews and gave it a shot. It turned out to be a movie I wish I had seen on the big screen. Good stuff.

I didnt, and wont. But no one can say that more people liked it than didnt. There is no evidence.
