I would assume it is OOP so you will most likely get an amaray, but I'm curious as well, because I might attempt to get one if they still have the steelbook.

I think you would have a steelbook, I have never seen any amaray on stores for this title yet

In the link the artwork is Amaray, but the customer pictures are the steelbook... amazon.fr are annoying!!!

Is the steelbook still available in stores?

I would actually go with the FS steelbook or the german one. Both those have inside art work, the french one doesn't. That's my opinion though.

I am not trying to ruffle any feathers here, but I personally do not like the FS one of Inglorious Bastards. I do not know why, but the blood red German and French ones are sexier. I am also not big on the inside artwork; I rather have a better looking front and back cover steelbook without any inside artwork. For example, the French vs. German Saving Private Ryan. The German steelbook does not have any inside artwork but the cover and back are leagues better looking that then the French SPR. Just my two cents. We can all just agree to disagree here too...

I agree on what you say about the SPR steelbook, although it would have been nice to have inside artwork. I also like the german and french covers of IB better than the Canadian one. But, I still like the Canadian one alot, and when I do get these steelbooks, it will be the German and Canadian versions.

Yeah, I definitely disagree with you. I love the Canadian IB (just a bit more than the German one) and I much, much prefer the French SPR over the German one. All a matter of opinion.

I agree, I am still little disappointed that the German SPR is inside artwork-less. Don't get me wrong, I still love inside artwork, but I rather get an amazing looking cover steelbook over one with a medicore looking cover with inside artwork (Maybe I am a little biased since all my steelbooks are sealed but 3 ). I would still buy the FS IB steelbook if it was cheap enough, but I highly doubt that will ever happen so...I am currently trying to hunt down a German or French IB steelbook. We'll see what happens. Good luck with your hunt of the German and Canadian steelbooks.

Haha yea, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I understand I am probably the underdog [of what I said]. I am pretty sure most people prefer the FS IB over the German/French IB.

The german and french are very similar on the outside, i think i would just favour the french for the bigger writing and debossed centre, might even get the UK tin as well...

Not interested in the FS one at all TBH...

I found both of them. It's just a matter of funds. I keep seeing other steelbooks that I want and order those. It will be very soon though. I was thinking the German IB was also debossed. Might have to get the French one also.

I have all three and personally I think the German IB is the nicest one. It's probably my second favorite SteelBook. The FS version has boring cover artwork. Although the back on that one is the best of the three.

The back does have the nice quote from the movie. The front reminds me of the FS Public Enemies, like they are both mug shots. That is another one I want. I like them all really!

They have all 3 on amazon.com from 3rd party sellers. The French one is the cheapest, and FS most expensive.

Amazon.com 3rd party sellers have ripoff prices most of the time. Just use the trading forums. You're guaranteed to find prices at least 20% lower than there - not to mention it's generally safer.

I would or even from ebay, but I don't have pay pal, so until I do, thats what I got. I have ordered a total of 11 steelbook from a seller there, and it has all been good. Just the prices like you said.

Why are you avoiding it? You can easily use your credit card with it, and if anything, it's an additional layer of protection over the coverage you get from you credit card. And heck, whatever risk you stand taking, you're gonna get enough savings to make it worthwhile.

Yea, I did try to get it, but something got screwed up, now it's one big hassle trying to get it fixed. It has really pissed me off. I just need to call my bank and I think I will have the problem solved
