You are so right. This will be nothing more than a talking point for HD DVD fanboys. I can hear them now..."We have 51 gigs of memory!!!!! It's a whole gig more than Blu-ray!!!" Now what they fail to realize that just because the DVD forum signed off on TL51 we won't see practical use for it for about another year or so (hopefully all this "format war" crap will be over long before then), and it's still yet to be officially determined if they will play in existing players or not. If they don't that's a lot of pissed off customers that have to buy new players just to get a movie to play.
