Hey Chris , i have listened too Simply Red "picture book" great album and last track really shows your speakers off for dynamic range .
Lyle Lovett cd which i know inside out .
Rikki lee Jones as she has a great voice .

As you might have noticed , i moved my sub between the M80 and the tv stand and wow what an improvement.

Watched the beginning of WOTW

I did notice the move of the sub. Not only does it look much better, but it seems more balanced with the TT to the right side as well. I must say...it looks fantastic! I love the all black look on the front sound stage.

You have to update your signature now!

How would you compare your older Image Dynamics Towers to the new M80's? Is it a night and day difference?

Thanks Chris , there will be better pics to come as i will get my friend to bring his SLR over .

I thought the image sounded great but as i had no direct comparison until yesterday .

It is night and day and now the image towers are in the possession of a friend .

Oh you haven't dialed them in yet with the SPL? They're going to sound even better once you do that! Sometimes when you upgrade you may hear a slight improvement but I'm glad that it is a night and day difference with the new speakers.

No i have not done the spl calibration as of yet .

Have to wait when no one is home because having a 20 hz signal thru the sub , the whole house tends to shake .

Between the XPA-3 , the Axioms and the SVS , they have all been great purchases this year thanks to allot of people from these forums with there suggestions and reviews .

The night and day difference is the best kind. That was how it was for me last night when I changed preamplifiers. Congrats on the new speakers!

You did really good IMO...Axiom and SVS, you can't go wrong. Well actually I've never heard the Axiom but from all my reading it sounds like they are great speakers. Where did you say you can demo them...I'm pretty close right now am I not?

Dwight Ontario which is on hwy 60 about 10 kilos east of Huntsville .

There very accommodating .

Im sure you will not be looking for new speakers in the next year .

Ya it was kinda of a boring race until the yellows started and not sure what to think about the penalty on Helio , even though im not a fan of his and PT brought it home 6th which was good .

Morning Chris , long weekend was quiet , had a friend over on Sunday morning to listen to speakers and he was impressed .

I might either try and go this week or perhaps on sat.
