Besides, this is already being discussed in the Movie forum.
For someone who hates the Dark Knight you are quick to make posts about it and its sequels quite frequently.

I think Warner Bros. could make a reference quality transfer with Batman Begins 3. Sure TDK suffered in the 35mm scenes but that's because they used the IMAX DMR digital intermediate. So technically they did a 100% accurate to the source material job. And the IMAX scenes in TDK are reference quality.
He says he hopes to shoot the entire movie in IMAX, there's no confirmation of anything, just his wishes. Filming an entire movie in IMAX is cumbersome and expensive, so you have to wonder if Warner (and Christopher Nolan, even) really want it to happen.

Would be nice, albeit costly and I think a proper send-off for what has been to date one of the best superhero trilogies ever, if not the best.

I did. Did you? He says he wants to shoot it in IMAX. Nolan does not (or he has not come out and said it). Nolan has final say. Until he does, this is just a rumor.

If true, I think it would look spectacular. However, we'll see whether or not they take on the daunting task of filming the entire movie in IMAX.

he should do just do the entire movie in standard 65mm - its less expensive than IMAX (and less cumbersome) and both 70mm and IMAX prints can be struck from the intermediate negative.

I could totally understand that batman would start out as just a guy who goes around punching people but to really hit all the key aspects of batman as a character whole they need to get into the intellectual side of things as well.
He did plenty of detective work in both films.
