Just digi. You can order a plastic case from Criterion through E-mail and they can send you one.

Yes. The replacement case comes with replacement artwork. But hold on to the digipak's booklet to put in the new case, because the replacement case won't come with it. You're just ordering a clear case with artwork.

Nope. And it's out of print too. Plastic case info, see page 1 of this thread.

Still waiting on my "Red Shoes" shipment. It has been sitting in KY for 6 days. lol Some of the orders made after "Red Shoes" have already arrived. This is the second shipment from DHL that has been slow. I am wondering what the advantage of B&N using DHL is, when it still has to be transferred to the USPS and delivered? Amazon Prime has spoiled me. lol At least I am getting "Red Shoes."

I watched the first 45 mins. of it last night (long day and I was getting drowsy) and it's interesting, but hasn't grabbed me yet.

I gave The Red Shoes a second chance, so I'll finish watching this when I get a chance and see how I like it overall.
