I think it's great that Amazon UK is doing this at last, but I was getting 2 Blu-rays for less than the cost of one from this sale and that includes the shipping too, from Amazon.coms BOGO sale
But I would like Close Encounters and Vacancy
So would just have to choose one more

Thanks for the heads up. Just purchased Close Encounters, Bram Stoker's Dracula and The Patriot for less than £30. Not bad for UK prices.

While there I also got The Fountain for £18 (at least £6 cheaper than Play or Sendit) and The Simpsons Movie for £15 (that's £9 cheaper than Play or Sendit!! ).

Thanks for the info. A lot of Sony UK titles have more languages for audio tracks compared to US version and that's what I'm looking for. I was planning to order a few titles from Amazon UK and now this sale is very helpful

no..... I think I'm fine. I'll get them myself. . Sacrificing my "eating" money for those BDs. Good offer from Amazon. I just can't miss it.
FYI, I am getting rid of my HD DVD drive/discs. I am going to Indonesia early december, bringing it there, and it won't return to Uk when I return. Do I still get one of your free disc (joking!!!)

Does anyone know of a better source for blu ray discs than amazon uk? I live in Poland where distribution of Blu is still very limited so I have to import most of my discs (so far I have Planet Earth and Flags of Our Fathers) - was hoping someone knows of a good internet source?

I think I will order anytime soon. I found 2 titles that i want: close encounter and vertical limit. gotta find 3 other titles. And this will be my last BD purchase of the year. So, by january 2008, I will have 40 BDs
