If there are any Kiwis on here, JB Hi Fi in Albany still has about 13 'Transporter 3' Steelbooks, and about 5 'Knowing' Steelbooks.

It is 1080p and Region Free so it should play on a US PS3

Yeah, I know that it should, but I'm looking for confirmation from someone that actually played it on their U.S. PS3. I already got confirmation that the UK disc does NOT play on the U.S. PS3 even tho it's region free. The Aussie disc may be the same transfer, so that is why I'm trying to get confirmation. But thanks for your input.

I just checked it, and it plays just fine in a US PS3. I checked some of the Bonus Features, and they play fine as well.

I have the UK copy as well, but I haven't opened it yet. I thought the only one that was locked to Region B was the German SteelBook? I was debating keeping just one anyway, or add Transporter 1 and 2 to the UK SteelBook. I guess I'll have yet another Region B disc to unload later.

Yes, from what I understand the German is locked. The UK version seems to work fine in stand alone players, but a member confirmed for me that it doesn't play on 3 of his PS3's (60GB, 80GB, and slim).

For the Aussies out there:

I asked a JB employee to check the system nationwide on stock levels, there were 8 left in Australia (7 now as i bought 1), they can do free interstore transfers for you too. price is $40

There was 2 left in brisbane at Carindale, I got one of those ones and couldnt find the other.

there was 1 at the Maryborough store.

I cant remember where the other 5 copies were though...

I mean I don´t guarantee it, because last time I ordered something (T2 Steelcase) was over a year, maybe they changed packaging since than.
