Yeah, when there was only about £6 difference between regular and tin it was an easy decision. I wonder if the tin's price might fall in the next few days to compensate (unlikely I know). Given Alien Anthology is out on the same day I might just bail and get regular so I can afford both sets and food

Any pictures surfaced of either the normal or limited edition versions yet?

Unless the price of the tin comes down considerably, I'll be buying the standard edition. The latter is nearly £25 now, whereas the tin is over £40. Ultimately, the discs are exactly the same.

I bought myself a plastic kit model from Universal studios in California and it had fantastically accurate detail. Just a shame I was only 11 when I put it together and made a fairly weak job of the painting. Oh and that was $22

Sweden New pics of Delorean Edition

I found this new picture of the Delorean Edition at the Swedish retailer Discshop.

It looks a bit too cheap and plastic for my taste. Especially if you already have a die-cast Delorean model like I do. I think ordering the Collectors Tin is by far the best option.

The cheap look of it is going to affect the sales. Sure, there'll be some people who pick this a a blind buy because they don't know the first thing about what a good delorean model looks like. For the diehard fans (me included), we'll go for the better tin edition.

I hope that Digibook case isn't in the tin edition. Hate Digibooks.

I imagine the case will be the same, just stored inside the tin.

Pretty sure this will just be a tin with a digibook inside, like Band of Brothers... there's never been a jumbo steelbook release in the UK and if it were it'd be advertised as a steelbook, not an 'tin' I should think.

Why would it have been a jumbo steelbook anyway when it is easy to fit 4 discs in a normal steelbook?

3 discs can fit inside a normal G2 steelbook just fine so I am only assuming that the same can be said for 4 BD discs.
