I can't believe that you have chosen to quote the review of the one movie critic whose first name ought to be 'MORON', to support your opinion. His reviews and ratings of a movie are solely based on the what he thinks the box-office potential of the movie is. In the case of Dev-D he was wrong about that too, for Dev-D did rather well at the box-office.
