Not the best transfer but okay. Not quite as good as 2 but I still think it's better than 1.

WHAT!!!!! I dont think I ever heard that or would ever hear that. I think one is the best of the series but I can understand the argument for part two, but wow part 3 being better than any of the two before is proposperous! Got Em!!

I really like 1 but it comes and goes so quickly that you almost forget you saw it. 3 is a solid action movie with good performances, suspense and comedy. Basically a poor man's judgment day.

A copy without an original? The film could be seen as a simulation of the original comic book form of films, but then all of these kinds of films are simulations of their original comic book forms, so in a way none of them are real in any sense anyway.

Come to think of it, let me pose this question: if the film "Kick Ass" was made without Mark Millar creating the comic book simultaneously, would it still be considered a comic book film?

It's Mark Millar who made the comics, and no, it would be considered a superhero movie, but not a comic book movie

Yea u just caught me off guard with that one haha. The first film is one if the greatest films ever made in my eyes so i am very high on it. I dont think three is even close although I like it. Got Em!!

I like The Terminator the least of the 4 as well.


I didn't like the Donner Cut of Superman II. I don't have a current opinion on the theatrical, since the Donner Cut is the only one I've seen in a long time.

I like the first one though.

I flip flopped between Salvation and Judgement Day for a long time but eventually decided on Salvation.

Yeah at $8(if BB has it next week) it's really not much of an owie if the blind buy turns out to be no good.

At worst it will be a hell of a workout for your equipment, the audio is NUTS.



Watch the Director's Cut, its not all that much different, just like 3 minutes, but its better than the theatrical.

I don't have any equipment but I wouldn't be surprised if it's loud, these films are definitely on the high end of the audio scale.

It's not that its loud (though it is very) its that it is very detailed, sharp and crisp sounds, powerful too

LOL subtleties and nuances in sound are always lost on me due to my horrible hearing but I look forward to finally seeing the war between the machines and the humans. May inspire me to see the Matrix again.

Oh do u just watch your movies through the tv speakers??? Man I did that for a while only caring about the PQ until I realized the AQ is almost as important. It will make the experience that much better. Got Em!!

You should invest in a HTiB, even that is better than nothing.

Start saving some money and near the end of the year when the sales are going on pick you something up.

Yea I just own a LG HTIB and believe me it does the job just fine. I am very happy. Got Em!!

I have a HTiB too from a couple years back and I'm definitely satisfied with it. It's not HD audio but it still sounds pretty good.

One day down the line I'll get something better though

I had a HTiB but i sold it and got a nice Sony soundbar. It's not as good as a nice surround sound system but i like it. For just a bar the thing can blast and sounds pretty good.
