The DNR is definitely there. To me though it doesn't look terribly offensive. It is smoothing some of the very, very fine detail out in that shot but unlike many other DNR messes skin pores and hair strands are still visible and look natural. Arnold's skin also doesn't really take on any more of a waxed look than it already had to begin with.
