I agree 100% I searched and searched for one that fit exactly what I wanted. I ended up having mine built. It cost me a bit more than $1000. I would definitely urge you to have fans installed. I asked my builder to do a push/pull config, but he just put exhaust fans in. It does a fair enough job though so i am happy. Check out my gallery for pics of what I have done. Good luck!
