Default Panny / Sharp or Sony

Hello all -
I'm in the market for a 40"-42" flat panel for my bedroom/home theater. Originally wanted to buy a 55"-60" sxdr but that's not gonna happen. So I've been looking into a flat panel plasma or LCD.
I've narrowed it down to the following:

Panasonic TH-42PZ77U or 42PZ700U plasma

Sharp Aquos LC4264U LCD

Sony KDL40V3000 LCD.

I know there are pros and cons to each tv. But if I can get one (whichever) for the same price which would be the way to go? I've read up on the different sets and know about "motion blur" on lcd and the "burn in" of plasma but of these which would be my best bet.

I plan on getting a Panasonic BD10ak blu ray too so it will mostly just be used to watch dvds...maybe a little regular tv. and I'll be sitting about 6-7 feet away.

Anyway, any help here would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
Solo
