According to the website it's a steelbook!!!

Does anyone know if it will have any foreign writing on it or be region locked?

It can be either A or region free for all Thailand steelbook / iron pack / metal pack.

I have looked at the spine and can't tell one way or another what type of packaging the A-Team is so have sent a couple of emails off. The first link below states Steelbook and the second states metalpack.
