Hello to everybody!! Glad to join the site & see all the good stuff that most of you have/own. I'm really amazed & it's really impressive what some of you had done at home.

So, after browsing through most of the threads, i'm a bit "hesitant" to post mine, but what the heck.....I live in a condo which pretty much limits my options, but i did my best & created something that i'm happy with.....for now

Equipment list:

Samsung PN58C6400 Plasma
Yamaha RX-V1800 Receiver
Pioneer BDP-51FD Blu-ray Disc Player
Monster PowerCenter HKS1600
5.1 Klipsch Reference Speakers & 12" Velodyne Sub (DLS-4000R)
WD HD TV Media Player - Xbox360 & PS3 - Harmony One Remote - SA8300HD PVR Cable Box - iPod

My Home Theater

Gladly welcome any comments & suggestions

Thanks.

Edit: Sold the Projector (8500UB), got the Samsung plasma

Beautiful Condo, very nice & Clean set-up, HUGE Screen!!!

That Center "looks" kind of small for everything, but then again, ANY speaker under 106" would prob. look that way. I'm sure it sounds great. Is there any echo/reflection from the Wood flooring?

Excellent HT, welcome to the best Bluray/Movie site that I know of !!

Welcome to the site and that is one beautiful room and great HT. Those Klipsch speakers look very nice in there. The room itself is very classy looking and well organized. Great job and attention to detail.

Yes, it's part of the screen, it is a beveled 2" black aluminum frame.

What media stand is that? Besta? Got a link to it by chance? I've seen several different versions of the Besta, but not that particular one. Beautiful setup.

Yo mTommy! Wassup guy?! I know you have to remember me?!

Welcome to the community. You will find it very civil over here. Especially in this section of the forum. Everyone really looks out for everyone. There's a alot of support and everyone is kind hearted and very knowledgeable.

There's one thread you should check out,..... the Home Theater Video thread. You'll enjoy that one and if you get a chance, create a video and upload it to the site via youtube. Instructions are listed in the very first post of the thread along with all of the videos.

Good to see you and your beautiful set up again!

Yes, the stand is from Ikea. Do not look for it as a stand, because you'll never find it. Basically, i just picked some items out (BESTA) and joined them together - like LEGO

Hey, nice to see you around!!
Yeah, it's nice to see that pretty much everybody is "cool" and friendly around here. I like that i lot, gotta do some posting in the forums & after that i should be able to rate other members albums. That's gonna be pretty awesome & entertaining.
Definitely i will check out the Home Theater Video thread as well, sounds interesting.

Thanks for the comment & see you around

Was bored so i decided to make my own DIY riser.

Weird, but actually it works. My glasses are not rattling anymore in my cabinet and still get the same amount of punch from the sub.

Projector was great, but unfortunately wasn't the best for my "environment". Night time the picture was stunning, but during the day it was almost unwatchable. I'm a sucker when it comes to PQ, so that could be one of the main reasons why i changed. Even with the blinds down/off the picture just wasn't right (black level) due to i couldn't archive total darkness. I miss the screen size though. Anyway, I found a good home for the projector, so it's alright.
