Ok, very strange...I ordered Sin City Steelbook at Axelmusic.com, since I still have a voucher there and no duties etc...An hour after I placed my order, they cancelled it with the following explanation:

"We're very sorry, but we're unable to fill this for you as we will not be able to deliver this to you in a state you will find acceptable."

I only posted as a comment that to make sure the Steelbook is packed securely, so it will not dent during transport. Is that too much to ask?!

I will never use Axelmusic again just becuse of an incident like this i had with them before. Ordered a digibook that arrived in a condition it shouldnt be in, so i complained about it. Got a small refund (didnt even cover the shippingcosts )
Then a few weeks later i did a new order but got a refund directly so i started to investigate what was going on. After a few talks with them over MSN i got a reply that i had to many lost packages I have never got a lost package from them, so a few pissed emails to them later they said the exact same thing as they told you, that i was to "picky".
