Anybody having issues getting it to load on the 250gb ps3 slim? It was make this weird noise when reading the disc, ive put in other movies np and it does work on my laptop with np also. Any help thanks

cant say i have had any problems, i have a 120gb slim and it plays perfectly
did u just buy the bd? cuz if u did i would say exchange it, or even try exchanging it anyway, see if the problem is gone..

Yep, I thought it was fantastic. I think the reason people disliked the movie is because there weren't gadgets or goofy villains or sex scenes every thirty minutes. MGM needs to get themselves sorted out. I want at least two more from Craig. The guy is better than Connery

I think the reason why ppl dislike this movie is becuz Casino Royale set the bar really high and Quantum simply didnt match it or surpass it. I still think its a fun movie tho. im holding out for a CE. And yes, I love Daniel Craig as James Bond.

QoS is fantastic.
It took me 2 viewings to fully get it.

It is every bit as good as CR.

I think what really made it as flawed as it was, was the strike at the time. It didn't give them enough time to really flesh it out as well as it could have been, but for what it was I think it made for a worthy continuation.

But it seems like it was just a rumour that got mixed with an Australian 2-Disc DVD and a remark Director Marc Forster said when it was first released. But like Evra said, it'll likely be rereleased in some form in a couple of years when the next Bond film finally gets released.

Except all that was also true of Casino Royale and people loved that. The problem I had with QoS (and I don't think I'm alone) is that felt too much like the second half of Casino and not enough like its own movie.

But it's a direct continuation of the story from Casino Royale. It should feel like that. It feels like it's own unique movie to me given that it's different stylistically and tonally.

I think both of them stand up well to repeat viewings. I liked but wasn't bowled over by CR

in the theater but was surprised by how much more I got into it the second time around.

(I think the ability to pause took a little of the 'drag' out of the 'too many/too long' chase and poker sequences)
