Meet the robinson reached 36+ picturewise, and 4 soundwise, while polar express? The highest I've seen is 20+, average 12. Audio is only in kbps

A reliable source on this site told me The Bi-Polar Express was a direct port of a 15GB HD DVD. First, I am pissed I spent my money on it. Secondly, I'm appauled to think Toshiba was pushing THAT as the next generation HD media!

12 gbit average playback is right. DVD is 10 Gbit at best, and averages 8 gbit on a good disc. How do you give only a 25% boost in bit rate when the picture is 6 times as dense? Both formats are compressed so c'mon!
