Default Which Disney Animated Features are you waiting for the most?

With The Incredibles announced, all the Pixar films except Nemo have been released, so it's safe to assume that one will be along by 2012 at the latest.

Disney's traditional animated classics are slowly, slooooooowwwly getting released on Blu, but at this rate I'm afraid by the time they get to many of the ones I want, BD will be dead. We know of Bambi, Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, and Dumbo for 2011. But which ones yet to be announced/released are you most anticipating?

For me, in order of most wanted, it's:
  1. Aladdin
  2. Mulan (and Mulan II for that matter, a pretty decent DTV sequel)
  3. Tarzan
  4. Hunchback of Notre Dame
  5. Little Mermaid
  6. Hercules

Mulan, Tarzan, and Hunchback I think are 3 of the most underrated of the classics. IMHO they are FAR better than the old boring ones like Cinderella, Snow White, Pinocchio, Bambi, etc...

All of them, there's no most for me.

I don't mind the way Disney release their films, because I think it all adds to the excitment of collecting each one as they come and it means you want to buy them as soon as they come out.

That would be fine, if there weren't 30-odd films waiting for release. At their current rate of around 4 a year, we're looking at 8 years to get to them all. Who knows if blu will still be around and going strong in 8 years?!

I'm waiting for Lilo & Stitch, I don't understand why they didn't release it on Blu when it was re-released on DVD alongside Bolt.

They should have piggybacked that when Dreamworks released How To Train Your Dragon. Not only is it by the same creator, but there are definite similarites between Toothless and Stitch.
(Of course, by this same rationale, I wish WB would release The Iron Giant to coincide with Brad Bird's The Incredibles)
