Email issue maybe a virus or hacked account?

this should help you find out if it is really coming from your mom or not. It could be that it is a scam/joke that is pretending it is from her or even a virus on your own PC

Thanks I'll check that out... Would it be worth it for her to close the account and start over? If this or the Yahoo security can't do anything?
