Some of his movies have been enjoyed for years and his new ones will be enjoyed for years to come. Also great range and depth. Someone who appreciates cinema on a number of different levels.

A small collection but a nice start. I always hear Criterion's are the best but I have never seen any, they always seem to be weird movies I've never heard of. So 8.5/10 for you

They have 500+ releases now..... and about 65 or so available on Blu-ray..... I would find it hard to believe there isn't something released by them that would strike your fancy.....

You have "The Fountain" if you enjoy that (I think it's great) I don't know how you could consider many of the Criterion films "Weird"

Outstanding variety and organization, there are several such as Big Fish, Brothers, and Leon: The Professional that I look forward to owning. On top of that, your wishlist is drool worthy.

Well I live in Germany so all I see are the ones online and I can honestly say I haven't seen many if any of them. Maybe "weird" isn't the right term since you obviously took it the wrong way. It would be wrong for me to say weird since I've never seen them but they just seem different. Don't get me wrong, I've looked at a few since people talk about them a lot and honestly none I've looked at seem to be anything I would be interested in. Maybe that seems "weird" to you but like I said they all seem "weird" to me. I know it may not be the best word, but to me that's the first word that comes to mind. Just to clarify I don't mean weird as in the case of The Fountain. I'm sure that may make me look stupid or that my taste in movies may lack somehow but it's just a first reaction to something I never really taken a interest in. I think I've explained more than I really needed to but people always need to comment about something, don't they?

Nice collection although small. A lot of good films that I enjoy. I'm sure the more your collection grows the better it will get It's all about the quality 9/10
