HELP!!!! Need 4 disc case for Planet Earth - Blu-ray Forum

My planet earth BD case broke during shipping. I need a replacement. Does anyone knows where I could get one???

Only source I know (Sleevetown) only carries regular cases. I suggest you send it back for a replacement. Amazon will send you a regular DVD case instead oif a BD case if you ask for a case replacement so ask for an item replacement.

I would try to take it to Best Buy, Walmart etc... and see if they will exchange it for the same item. I don't see why they wouldnt

The policy for all stores on Dvd's, games, Blu-Rays, CD's etc... is that once it is opened it is yours. BUT you can exchange it if it is defective for the SAME EXACT TITLE. Some stores will do it even without a receipt, but others might give you a problem. Wal-mart might be your easiest place since I know if you don't have a receipt they will use your licensee but will exchange it for the same title.
