Late to the game but I just watched the first 3 episode's of season 1 and this show is awesome. I always thought it was Weeds but with meth but it's so much more and better then that. Can't wait to watch more tomorrow.

Haha I told you. You're gonna laugh hearing this, but in my opinion the first 3 episodes where the weakest of the series and it's all up hill from there.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it took me up to the second season to really love the show. But it was never me forcing myself to watch it, I liked it enough to wanna continue and find out what happens and I'm happy I did.

I had been recording the 'encore' on AMC, little did I know that it was random old episodes and then one newer episode of the middle of the season... So maybe they played at another time I wasn't aware of

Yeah that's cool to know it only goes up hill from the first 3. Still can't believe

[Show spoiler]the tub falling. One of the grossest things I have seen IMO.

I also really like his Son more then the 2 guys on Weeds as he seems more normal and a good actor while the youngest on Weeds is just s psycho.

Oh yeah Jesse never was the brightest that scene was awesome though. Walt Jr aka Flynn is a fun character, definitely like him more than Shane and Silas combined never cared for either character.

Yeah he is defiantly a lot better then both Shane and Silias. Can't wait to start watching again tonight. Will definitely be picking up the 3rd season Blu-ray day 1.

Yeah I have never done drugs and hate them but I love both this show and Weeds. Saying it's just a druggie show is stupid. it's so much more then that and like you said BB is an award winning show so it must be doing something's right which to me is everything so far.

Well if he ever bothered to watch the show and not just write it off as a show about druggies, he would see that unlike Weeds it does not glorify drugs or make it funny. If anything all you see is tragedy and destruction on Breaking Bad. No good ever comes of what they do, people constantly get hurt and killed around this. You don't see them living the life of luxury and carefree it's all about consequences and what this life brings to you. So claiming it as a show about druggies when you haven't watched an episode is absolute horseshit and one of the dumbest things I've ever read.

Weeds does make it seem like a cool life style but Breaking Bad really shows the true side of drugs and what it does to you. Also pretty sure that everyone that watches this show doesn't do meth or is a druggie but a fan of brilliant storytelling and acting.

Just keep watching, it only gets worse, much worse. I can't say I spend much time around meth addicts, but I'd assume they probably don't watch this show cause it would bum them out, and the fact that they are too busy tweaking to sit still and watch it, lol.

Yeah maybe if they did watch this show they would stop. I know after seeing the hooker's teeth I would never try that stuff if I was Henry Jr's age. They should show this in high school's to try and scare kids straight.

After starting the show yesterday I can only say that it only get's better from there. Really loving this show.
