What's interesting is in the link it says he reports to "Tsujihara" in Los Angeles.

Here is some more information about Tsujihara:

Kevin Tsujihara

Executive Vice President, New Media, Warner Bros.

Kevin Tsujihara was named Executive Vice President, New Media, Warner Bros., in March 2000.

In this position, Tsujihara is responsible for the oversight of all of Warner Bros.' new media endeavors and initiatives, including identifying and negotiating equity investments and strategic alliances with companies whose assets could play an integral role in moving Warner Bros. forward in both the new and traditional media.
It also says that Gewecke's position is "newly created."
