Looks very flammable to me, hope your kids are trained in fire safety.

Thumbs up

I want that house. Try telling your child to go sit in the corner in that house.

It's impressive. I'm not a wine drinker, but I do see a possible issue with the layout of the cellar, relative to the window in the kitchen: exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from sunlight, which can trigger chemical reactions in wine (and not in a positive way), even though it appears that all of the top-shelf bottles are dark amber in opacity.

Love it. Great idea and a real eye turner when someone goes into the kitchen.

Maybe if that were a cellar full of 100 proof alcohol. Wine isn't flammable.

That is very cool indeed. The kitchen itself isn't in my tatse, but the wine cellar is awesome.

It looks really cool, but I can't help but think it's a disaster waiting to happen.

Good point. It is a neat idea though.

This is great! It reminds me of that show where the guys come in and save your business. They did a cellar similar to this for a wine shop.
lovely

I would hope that whoever built that cellar would have taken that into account and put some kind of film on the window or on the cellar door itself to block out UV rays. Maybe they did both.

A lot of the old houses in France have this same setup. Definitely not as high end or anything but the cellar was usually under the kitchen. Pretty nifty
