my question is will we see a sequel?
+1

That was hilarious. Who wouldn't want to do just that, in a dream, and simply get away with it, no repercussions

...and just another theme, if you want to call it that, that I remember...
[Show spoiler]when Cobb (Leo) spins the "Top Totem" one last time... this time, he doesn't stay to look at it, as it looses it's own momentum.
maybe it was relief ... and he was just listening

I would've stayed just for the eye candy scenes if I were to see it in a theater.

You should buy the script book and/or see some the making of work on it, this movie is worth more effort than most. Still my favourite movie of the year and with only 21 days left in the year that probably won't change.

I hope it's not too confusing for me. I ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer (I'll be the first to admit that ha ha). I'll still watch the whole thing though.

Hurry up, Amazon. Can't wait to watch it!

Don't blame you. The beginning was kinda confusing and was tempted to stop watching. But the way my mind works is I try to figure it out throughout the movie. It made more sense after thought. I say force yourself too finish. It will make slightly more sense when you get further into the story.

And does anybody know what happen to that audio issue thread? I wanted to read through it cause the audio would jump up and down randomly. Not sure if anybody else had similar issue?

Movie isn't even confusing - only people with slow brains will find it confusing.

Come on man, it's definitely not a movie where you pick up everything in one viewing.

Well going in knowing zero on this movie could give a odd look going through the first 5 minutes. I didn't know it was about "dreams" till I saw a someone's brief case photo and read Dream Machine. You shouldnt be harsh.

NOW! What you said was pretty insulting. My understanding is this is against forum rules. I think I and any board member they feel applies to them deserves a formal apology. Go!

I am critically against what he said but I think you should take it easier on him.
First think I like in this forum is the lack of conflicts, so if even one part makes a bad statement, the next person just ignores it.

I'm not sure why people say this film is brilliant....it's actually quite puzzling to me. I found it predictable and poorly acted (especially considering the cast of the film).

Visually, it was brilliant, I will give you that, in the way that Avatar was brilliant visually.

But, other than that, this wasn't really a good film and I am continually flabbergasted by the high marks this film receives and am glad to see it finally moved down to #6 on the IMDB Top 250, which is still 200 spots higher than where it deserves to be.

It will go down further over time, trust me.
It has no chance of standing against movie giants like Godfather 1,2 etc....

Hype. Hype, Hype I hate it.

If you preorder weeks/months in advance your order usually ships the Friday before.
I just ordered my copy through Amazon on Tuesday (release day) along with Master and Commander ($7) and mine are on the way, it's taking WAY too long though. It shipped on the 8th, from Lexington KY and was in PA last night hopefully on it's way to OH! I knew it was going to take longer because of Master and Commander but now I wished I would of had them shipped separate!

Sampled some of the movie. Wasn't in the mood to give the film the proper attention for an entire viewing, but man, the audio is insane. The scene near the beginning where the dream breaks down around Leo and Paige is just insane. I don't think I've heard my subwoofer go that low, ever. Even on stuff like Hulk and Cloverfield.
