Why don't they make it easy for their staff and have the computer figure out what the price should be when price matching another store? The CSR should be able to enter the competitor's price, and the new price minus 10% of the difference should pop up. How hard would that be?

I'll bet 9 out of 10 CSRs at Best Buy and Futureshop can't get it right.

Scored big on this one tonight... was at Wal-mart, seen it there for $29.83 on one shelf, however on another display rack it was priced incorrectly at $23.93 so I took it to the cash and it rang up at $29, so I showed the cashier the other stand and he gave it to me at that price, minus the $10 for SCOP so I picked it up for $13.93!

I did. However, on one of the other 400 pt bonus titles, i emailed in for a missing points request and they added them a couple of days later. Best bet is to email em Trifid, and give them the contract # from your receipt.

Thanks.... I just wanted to check if the points ad was a mistake in store or not. Luckily the reciept is showing up in my purchase history, just not the bonus points.
