I couldn't believe my eyes!!! for a moment I thought it was the regular version on pre-order but is the whole gift set... how come this isn't in the main page.

Yeah, I found out about it buy accident... am in the process of buying a toaster for the parents, and when I added it to cart... blammo! Xmas gift for me!

Now the page here shows the sale price, as well as the banner o' deals up top.

BTW, if any of you are SDers, fastest FP I have ever seen... ~10 minutes!

#$%& This is seriously only $6.00!?? logged in just to look around and almost fell out of my chair when I saw the price. I Kept looking at it thinking it was just an illusion brought on by my lack of sleep. Hopefully it's not one of those mistakes that they later take away.

Saw this too and ordered 3 copies. I'm a massive Goonies fan and so are some of my friends so they'll be pretty happy to score a surprise copy from me! I would have picked up more as I know more than 2 friends and family that would be all over this. Having said that, it's also good they've put an item limit on it. At least that ensures everyone gets a fair chance to get a copy.

to Amazon for that. I know I've missed out on a few deals because of people ordering 10+ of something.

You can still order it. It just won't ship for a few days but it'll ship for the price that it is at the time of your order.

Wow... I must have ordered it for $6 on Amazon only a MINUTE before they cut the deal off. What a fluke to look on the forum right before 1:30am before bed and catch that kind of a deal. I was SO close to ordering this at full price the other day too! Bummer for anyone who didn't catch it :-(

Has that ever happened to you? Amazon has always been great to me, even when the mistake has been mine. I can't imagine them not honoring this.

And since they had BDs on sale for ~$7 recently (Master & Commander, anyone?), it is not too far-fetched for this to be so low. Only exception is that it is only 1.5 months old and is far from a standard single-disc BD release.

Bought it at 2am this morning. Expected delivery date is Dec 22. Can't believe it was only $6. I just saw it for $40 at Best Buy a few days ago.
