And although we've had plenty of pollution, bio-terror and nuclear dystopia, no one's ever yet realistically explored the more likely "Overpopulation" as a sci-fi eco-threat.

I would say that's the best malthusian sci-fi movie ever made.
If the world ever come to that ? will see in 2 or 3 years
