It does, in that it tries to, but the conversion is the worst conversion on blu-ray (yes, clash and airbender are both better on there blu-ray releases) and thus it doesn't really pop out very well.

It's by no means bad and it does have its moments, overal it's merly average though.

Deleted scenes, SD trailer, audio commentary. Nothing really worth watching aside from the commentary unless you're a huge fan.
