I agree. I love that film. If memory serves the DVD was foolscreen only as well.

Actually the DVD WAS Widescreen, but it's non-anamorphic like the vast majority of the Disney/Touchstone/Hollywood Picture bargain releases.

It really looks pretty awful on DVD - sign me up for Day One if this finally comes out on Blu - one of my favorite Christmas movies, and comedies in general!

I rented this on DVD the other day - I liked it and it's hard to believe it's not on Blu.

Funny, well acted holiday film. I forget about it from time to time, but I'd welcome a blu-ray copy.
